If, within 30 days of receipt, you are not pleased with your order, please send it back to us in new condition and original packaging for an exchange or refund (less postage/packing charges). This means YOU MUST PAY FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE. If you need to exchange merchandise because it is damaged or defective, please advise us immediately.
If the delivery person is at your door and the goods are clearly damaged, simply refuse delivery and notify us by email immediately.
If the delivery has been made and the damage was concealed, notify us by email immediately. Provide as much specific information as possible describing the damage in your email. Replace the damaged item back into the carton so it is the same as when you received it and await our instructions.
